Listing value
A Listing does not and will not attract and/or carry and/or attribute any value either monetary or otherwise.
Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Listing(s) and/or Services made on this Site.
No Listing placed by You shall be deemed to be accepted by Us until a written acknowledgement of acceptance is issued by Us. You shall always ensure that Listings content and any applicable specification and/or notifications are wholly complete and specifically accurate.
Prices and Payment
In the main standard 365-day Listings are FREE. Other ‘paid for’ Listings will be made available at a future date, to be decide by Us. You are again reminded that all Listings are held in moderation before being approved for public listing.
Any request for a Listing and/or Listing submission does not guarantee in any way the Listing will be allowed or become visible on this Site. We reserve the right to omit and not publish any listing we feel may breach these Terms and Conditions as well as our moral compass and/or standards of moral decency from which the Site is made available to (the UK ONLY).
We do not allow Listings to include links to external content, other than stated website and email accounts. You will be responsible for all such content and any and all liabilities and/or claims arising. Where we feel a link is inappropriate it will be removed and/or disabled.
If gaining access to this Site from any country and/or territory outside the landmass normally identified as England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales you will not be permitted to submit a Listing and when doing so with bring you in breach of these Term and Conditions – the Listing will therefore not be accepted or be inserted for public viewing.
If a Product/Listings (or products/Listings) is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or online error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any requests and/or orders placed.
We reserve the right not to supply any services and/or listings at our discretion.
Credit and Debit Card Payments
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling. All major credit and debit cards are accepted via Paypal and Stripe. No additional transaction fees will be charged other than those stated. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method. The Company name will appear on your bank, credit/debit card statement.
